By accessing and using the website https://sabrielagency.com (the “Site”) and/or requesting Sabriel Agency’s services, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Site Owner

The Site is operated by Sara Casciaro – Sole Proprietor, VAT No.: 05461670753
Trade name: Sabriel Agency
Operating address: Via San Antonio 68, 73059 Ugento (LE), Italy
General email: supporto@sabrielagency.com

  1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is an informational showcase presenting the professional services offered by Sabriel Agency, including website development, e-commerce, SEO consulting, brand identity, graphic design, and UI/UX design. Simply browsing the Site does not establish any contractual relationship.

  1. Permitted Use

The user agrees to use the Site in a lawful and proper manner, without attempting to compromise its security or functioning, and without using it for fraudulent, unlawful activities or activities that infringe the rights of third parties.

  1. Service Request and Onboarding Process

Requesting a service follows this process:

The prospective client fills out the contact/quote form on the Site or contacts the Owner directly via email or phone. Except in special cases, an introductory call is scheduled via Microsoft Teams or phone to understand the project’s requirements. Following the call, the Owner sends a detailed proposal via email describing the service, timeline, and cost. Acceptance of the quote occurs via email and constitutes confirmation of the intent to proceed. The start of work is subject to receipt of the deposit as set out in Section 5.

  1. Payments and Financial Terms

Deposit: unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit equal to one third (1/3) of the total agreed amount is required before work begins.

Balance: the balance payment is made according to the terms agreed in the accepted quote (in a single payment upon delivery or in agreed installments).

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe (credit/debit card). Bank details or payment links are provided via email.

Non-payment: in the event of non-payment within the agreed terms, the Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate work and to request payment for services already rendered.

Client withdrawal: in the event of withdrawal from the contract after work has begun, the deposit paid is non-refundable. If the work performed exceeds the value of the deposit, the client is required to pay compensation proportional to the activities carried out up to the date of withdrawal.

  1. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide, within a reasonable time, the materials, information, and feedback necessary for the project’s progress. Delays attributable to the client do not entail any liability for the Owner and may result in a revision of the agreed timeline at no additional cost to Sabriel Agency.

The client is responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of all information, content, and materials provided to the Owner. Sabriel Agency disclaims any liability for damages, errors, or consequences arising from false, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the client, including texts, images, company data, and any other material delivered for the purposes of the project.

  1. Confidentiality

The Owner undertakes to treat all information, materials, and data received from the client in connection with the project as confidential, and not to disclose them to third parties except with the client’s express written authorization or as required by law.

  1. Delivery and Acceptance

Upon delivery of the project, the client may request revisions within the agreed limits. Final delivery is deemed accepted when the client expresses approval via email or does not raise written objections within 7 working days of delivery. Acceptance of the project ends the right to request free changes that fall outside the post-delivery support described in Section 9.

  1. Post-Delivery Support

Sabriel Agency offers a free support period of 3 (three) months from the date of delivery and acceptance of the project.

Support covers: correction of technical malfunctions not attributable to the client, resolution of issues related to the code or original configuration of the project, technical support on what was delivered.

Support does not cover: new features or sections not included in the original project, significant graphic or structural changes, activities requiring time and resources comparable to a new project, issues caused by changes made independently by the client or by third parties, updates to plugins, themes, or WordPress not included in a separate maintenance plan.

After the free support period has elapsed, any additional work will be quoted separately.

  1. Intellectual Property

Texts, trademarks, logos, graphics, layouts, code, and content on the Site are owned by the Owner or used under license.

Materials produced as part of commissioned services (logos, websites, graphics) become the client’s property only after full payment of the agreed fee. Until then, the Owner retains the rights to them.

The Owner reserves the right to include completed projects in their own portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.

Some resources may come from third-party libraries (stock images, fonts, icons) subject to their respective licenses, which are respected in every project.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is.” The Owner strives to keep the Site up to date and functioning but does not guarantee the total absence of errors, uninterrupted service continuity, or compatibility with every device or browser.

To the extent permitted by Italian law, the Owner is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, nor for any disruptions caused by third parties (providers, external platforms, etc.).

  1. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to external sites (social media profiles, third-party resources). The Owner does not control such sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

  1. Privacy and Cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the Site’s Privacy Policy, available at https://sabrielagency.com/privacy-policy/. The use of non-technical cookies is subject to consent via the cookie banner on the Site.

  1. Changes to the Terms

The Owner may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site or services after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Lecce, except for the mandatory consumer forum where applicable under Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
