How Sabriel Agency Was Born
Sabriel Agency was born out of exhaustion. Not the physical kind, but something more subtle and deeper: the exhaustion of watching an industry that systematically betrays its own clients.
Sara Casciaro spent years working in the digital world, inside organizations where clients would arrive with an ambitious idea and leave with something half-baked, inflated in price and hollowed out in substance. Corners cut, timelines compressed, standardized solutions. And the face put in front of the dissatisfied client was always that of the professionals on the front line.
At a certain point, the answer became obvious: stop just executing and start building. Something of one’s own. Something precise.
At the end of 2022, Sabriel Agency was officially founded in Feldafing, Bavaria, in the district of Starnberg. Not by chance: Germany is a market that doesn’t forgive sloppiness. It’s there that the method distinguishing this web agency in Ugento today took shape: technical rigor, direct communication, no compromise on quality

Born in Gagliano del Capo, raised in Taurisano, now living in Ugento. Sara is a daughter of Salento in every sense. She got her hands on a computer at age 6. By age 9, she was writing her first lines of code. Not for fun: to understand how things really worked.
Over time, she built a well-rounded technical skill set, with no shortcuts and no delegating: front-end and back-end development, database design, IT security as a certified Ethical Hacker. She knows the code in depth because she still writes it herself today, on every project, and this is what makes this web agency in Ugento different from any other firm in the industry.

When it came time to name the studio, Sara asked her husband Gabriele for help. Together they searched for something that would represent them both and carry weight, that would be easy to remember in any language, that would hold something real within it.

After the first years in Bavaria, Sabriel Agency relocated to Italy, to Ugento, in the province of Lecce. A deliberate choice: Salento is a land with a rich entrepreneurial fabric and a market that still has plenty of room for those who work with rigor.
